Return/Refund Policy

We offer a 28-day return & refund policy. Please click on ''Returns'' under the ''Customer Service'' section at the bottom of the page to complete the form for the item you wish to return. The returns process will guide you through this procedure. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or faulty we will take responsibility for any delivery or return costs incurred. Our couriers require that we advise them within 24 hours of delivery of any transit damage, so please don’t delay.

 Cancellation policy: Any orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full. If you simply change your mind and decide you would like to cancel your order and return an item which was already dispatched, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of returning the item nor the cost of the original postage. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 28 days of receipt. This notification period is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Once an item has been returned to us and we have checked it we will issue a refund. The refund will be made by the same method as your initial payment. We aim to issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned order. Items should be returned to us, where possible, in their original packaging and, where applicable, in a fully re-saleable condition. The item should be returned within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please package the items securely to avoid damage in transit.
