Return Policy

We offer a 28-day return & refund policy. Please click on ''Returns'' under the ''Customer Service'' section at the bottom of the page to complete the form for the item you wish to return. The returns process will guide you through this procedure. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or faulty we will take responsibility for any delivery or return costs incurred. Our couriers require that we advise them within 24 hours of delivery of any transit damage, so please don’t delay.

If you simply change your mind and decide you would like to cancel your order and return an item we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of returning the item. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 28 days of receipt. This notification period is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
